4. What Information to Include in Your Request
To process your request efficiently, please include the following details:
- Your full name and any other identifiers used in your interactions with us.
- The type of personal data you wish to have deleted (e.g., email address, account details).
- Reason for deletion (optional but helpful).
- Proof of identity (to ensure the security of your data, we may request verification).
5. Timeline for Response
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Acknowledge your request within 7 business days.
- Review and process your request within one month.
- If your request is complex, we may extend this timeline by an additional two months and will notify you of the extension.
6. Outcomes of a Successful Request
Upon approval of your request, we will:
- Delete your personal data from our systems and notify any third parties processing your data on our behalf to do the same.
- Provide confirmation of the deletion.
If your request is denied, we will provide a clear explanation of the reasons for refusal and information on how to appeal or lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
